Shipping costs
- Delivery within the Netherlands: € 6.50
- Free shipping on orders from € 50.00
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. All amounts include VAT.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the Netherlands only. If you live in Belgium or elsewhere and would like to order, email info@this-is-happening.nl and we will see what is possible.
Delivery time
Orders paid before 16:00 on a working day are processed the same day. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days.
We deliver within 30 days of the agreement being made, as the law requires. If that is not possible we will tell you in good time and you may cancel at no cost. You then receive the full amount back within 14 days.
Collection in the salon
You can also collect your online order free of charge at Haarlemmerdijk 40/42 in Amsterdam. Choose this option at checkout. We will let you know when your order is ready. Bring your confirmation email.
Track and trace
As soon as your parcel is on its way you receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track and trace code.
Damaged or not delivered
The risk of damage or loss in transit is ours until you receive the parcel. If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived after the expected delivery time, email info@this-is-happening.nl or call 020 62 02 440. We will sort it out.
