Waiter trousers in 310 GSM GOTS certified organic cotton twill, a heavy weave that holds a crease and wears in rather than out. Cut straight and tapered, with a single pleat at the front that gives room through the thigh before the leg narrows towards the ankle.

The waistband is half elasticated, so it sits with some structure at the front and gives at the back, and belt loops let you fix it further if needed. A zip fly, slit pockets for a flat front, and a woven Service Works label at the back.

Runs true to size. The model is 6'2" and wears a size M here, which is worth knowing if you are closer to that height and want the same break at the hem.
