A chef's trouser built for a kitchen shift, in heavyweight 360gsm (11oz) organic cotton canvas certified GOTS. That weight is what keeps it from clinging when you are moving between a hot pass and a walk in fridge all day.

Cut relaxed with a straight leg, so there is room to move and nothing to catch on. The waistband is elasticated with a drawstring, which covers the day when lunch service fits differently than breakfast did. Fatigue pockets at the front, patch pockets at the back with a woven Service Works label.

Runs true in Service Works sizing, S to XL. The brand's own model is 6'0" and wears a size M.
