A slim glove in two materials: Italian lamb nappa across the back of the hand and the palm, with a ribbed wool blend running along the sides of the fingers and around the cuff. The wool sections give a bit of stretch where the hand bends and flexes, so the leather panels stay put.

Inside is a brushed polyester lining, smooth against the skin and easy to pull on. The seams along the tops of the fingers are half piqué, a flat stitch that sits close and keeps the finger shape neat rather than bulky.

Warmth is moderate by design: this is an autumn and mild winter glove, not a ski glove. Sizes 6½ to 8, measured over the knuckles of your dominant hand. Hestra also makes it as a mitten.
